Calcinor’s international sales force for the calcined product line recently held its biannual meeting, bringing together commercial teams from the Group’s various companies in Spain, France, Morocco, and the Export department. Over two full days of work, key topics for coordinated commercial development were addressed, while strengthening professional connections across teams.

The meeting was opened by the Group’s Commercial Director, who emphasized the importance of building a collaborative, agile sales culture focused on the real needs of customers. The agenda continued with presentations by individual participants and companies, followed by sessions dedicated to exports, digitalization of processes, and differentiated products. A final open discussion allowed participants to explore shared topics of commercial interest.

The focus on high value-added products provided an opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences on how to translate technical knowledge and specialization into market advantage. In parallel, the role of digital tools and shared systems was highlighted as a key lever to improve commercial efficiency.
